Ver Hage Holsteins is located in the southern lower part of the state
of Michigan, in the United States of America. We are located
about 40 miles north of the Indiana state line and 20 miles east of Lake
Michigan. We are just 16 miles north of interstate 94 exit 60. Ver
Hage Holsteins is a Tuberculosis Accedited free herd. We have sent
several bulls into A.I. not only domestic but also for Japan, France,
Germany, China and Canada. We have exported embryos to 17 different
countries and have sold genetics to 22 states in the U.S.A. The
current herd average is 30,426 lbs. 1340 fat 922
protein. Our herd has been at the top of the production list in
Michigan for several years and has been the number one dollar value herd
in Michigan ( 1997, 1999 & 2000 ). Ver Hage Holsteins is
ranked amoung the top BAA herds in the U.S.A. with a BAA of 108. In
1996 the herd had the highest quality milk in the Michigan Milk Producers
Association. Our somatic cell count averages under 100,000. We
